Every photo from your wedding day

Your photographer captures the day beautifully - from one place at a time. Your guests are everywhere else: the hug outside the church, the kids under the table, the dance floor at midnight. A QR code on each table collects all of it.

Why it works for a wedding

  • The angles nobody was paid to shoot. Your photographer is with you. Your guests are with each other - and that is where the speeches get reacted to, the flower girl falls asleep, and your uncle finally dances.

  • Nobody has to be asked twice. No group chat, no “can you send me those?” three weeks later. Guests scan a code that is already on their table, and the photos are yours the same night.

  • You still choose what goes in. Everything lands in one screen you can check between courses, or the morning after. Anything you would rather not keep comes out with one tap.

A setup that works for a wedding

6 photo spotsPlus plan90 days to download
  1. 1

Put a photo spot on each table, plus one at the entrance and one by the bar. Around 6 is right for a hundred guests - enough coverage that nobody has to walk to find a code.

  2. 2

Print the QR cards and stand them where a phone already sits: next to the menu, beside the table number. People photograph what is in front of them.

  3. 3

Mention it once during the speeches. One line - there is a code on your table, put your photos on it - is worth more than any sign.

A welcome message that works

Thanks for celebrating with us. Anything you snap today, drop it here - we would love to see the day through your eyes.

How the day actually goes

The first photos arrive during the drinks reception, usually of the venue and each other. Through dinner it is the speeches, from six different angles. After the first dance it becomes a flood, and it keeps going long after you have left. You wake up to a few hundred photos you did not know existed, and you have 90 days to download them all in full quality.

Wedding questions

Will this compete with our photographer?

The opposite, in practice. Your photographer produces the considered images of the day; this fills in everything happening at the other end of the room while they are doing it. Plenty of photographers are glad of the extra coverage - it is worth mentioning to yours.

What about older guests who are not confident with phones?

There is nothing to install and no account to make. Pointing a camera at the code opens the page, and there is one big button. If someone would rather not, that is fine - it does not stop anyone else.

Can we keep the gallery private until after the wedding?

Yes. Photos stay private by default and only appear once you publish the gallery. Some couples share it during the reception on a screen, others wait until the honeymoon. Both work.
