Questions about paying
Do I pay again if I run another event?
Yes — each event is its own payment. There's no ongoing charge between events, so if you run one wedding and nothing else, you pay once and never again.
Can I change plan after I've created the event?
You choose the plan when you create the event, and it fixes that event's limits and download window. If you need more room, the practical route is to set the event up on the plan you want before uploads open.
How many free events can I run?
One free event at a time, and 2 in total. It's there so you can try the whole thing properly before paying for anything.
What happens if I don't download in time?
The photos are deleted. We email you before the window closes so it doesn't come as a surprise, but once it's past, they're gone from our servers for good — that's the privacy promise, and it applies to us too.
