Using the service

Organizers are responsible for their events, for informing their guests, and for having any permissions required to collect and display photos at their event.

Guest uploads & consent

By uploading, a guest confirms they have permission to share the photo and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Content & moderation

Organizers and their moderators may remove any photo. Guests may report photos for review. We may remove content or suspend access to keep the service safe.

To report a photo, use the report control next to it, which sends it to the event’s organizer for review. To report something to us directly, reach us through our contact form with the photo link and what the problem is. We review reports promptly, remove anything that breaches these Terms, and tell the organizer when we do; you can challenge a decision through the same form.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for photos kept beyond an event’s download window, or for what organizers and guests choose to upload. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and if you use the service as a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and disputes will be brought before the Enterprise Court of Ghent, Dendermonde division. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may bring proceedings there.
