Photos from the work do, without the awkward bit
Someone always ends up asking the whole company to email their photos in. Nobody does. A code on each table collects them instead - and because you check everything before it appears, you can actually use what you get.

Why it works for a company event
You review before anything shows. Switch on review-before-showing and nothing reaches the gallery until you approve it. For a work event with a mixed crowd, that is usually the deciding feature.
Content you can genuinely reuse. Full-quality originals, with captions, in one download - ready for the newsletter, the intranet, or next year's recruitment page, without chasing anyone for a bigger version.
It scales past one room. 4 photo spots covers the tables, the bar and the awards stage separately, so you can see where the night actually happened.
A setup that works for a company event
- 1
Switch on review-before-showing before the event starts. It is a single toggle, and it changes the risk profile of the whole evening.
- 2
Put a photo spot on each table and one at the stage or awards backdrop. Name them after the location so you can tell what came from where.
- 3
Add a colleague as a helper so you are not the only person who can approve photos while you are also running the event.
A welcome message that works
Add your photos from tonight here. Anything shared gets checked before it appears, so keep it to things you would be happy for the whole company to see.
How the evening actually goes
Photos arrive steadily from the first drinks onwards, and you or your helper wave them through between courses on a phone. The queue is quicker to clear than it sounds - most of it is obviously fine. Afterwards you download everything in one file with a spreadsheet listing every caption, and you have 90 days to do it.
Company event questions
Do we need to tell staff their photos are being collected?
Yes, and it is worth doing properly. Guests confirm at upload that they have permission to share what they are adding, and that is recorded - but a line in the invitation is better practice than relying on the checkbox alone.
Can more than one person review photos?
Yes. Invite colleagues as helpers with a link; they can review and remove photos alongside you. Only you, as the organiser, can change the event's settings or delete it.
Can we put our own branding on it?
On the Plus plan and above, yes - your colour, your logo, your font, and a welcome message in your own words, on every page your colleagues see and on the printed codes.
